After purchase ORM Designer license we granted you a one year period in which you may require technical support, bugfixes and all product updates.
Technical support includes access to all texts and videos on our websites and support through our forum. In case, that your problem can't be solved by these communication channels, you may also use an individual support via contact form or email.
Please check validation of you software maintainance before you contact us for support. You can verify this information in application in window Configuration/License Info. You may also check a date in email we sended you to provide you with license code.

Application Updates
Bug fixes and product updates are regularly available on our websites. Every update includes a list of changes and corrections.
A new version announcement is realised via RSS channel which can receive ORM Designer application. You can also visit our forum or website with updates to download to get this information.
Maintenance Renewal
By purchase software license you get free one year mainteinance. After expiration of your license you still may use application versions released in period of your valid maintainance. Limitation is related only to versions published after a date of expiration. If you want to have an access to new versions it is necessary to buy maintainance extension. Maintainance extension costs 30% of actual license price. Maintainance will be extended for a year period counted from a day of payment.
