It's a year period during which you have access to all application updates and bugfixes. You may also require technical support on our forum or contact form.
Is it necessary to buy a license extension after its expiration in order to continue to use ORM Designer?
No. You can use all ORM Designer versions released before the expiration of your license.
Can I renew maintenance after my current maintenance has expired?
Yes.
Since when starts a validity of the license extension?
The validity of the license extension starts running on a day of purchase, not on a day of expiration of license.
Do previously purchased license count to next purchase quantity discount?
Unfortunately, no. Our simple but firm quantity discount policy is per-sale based.
Is it possible to extend only a part of license?
No. It's inevitably to extend the whole license as it was bought.
Can I get ORM Designer on a CD?
ORM Designer is download-only product. You can burn downloaded setup to CD or DVD for backup purposes, but we don't send CD.
