ORM Frameworks
Any framework with its definitions stored in a markup language (XML or YAML) or another structured document might be fully supported by ORM Designer. ORM Designer can read from and write into native ORM framework format. ORM framework specific features like inheritance, translatable tables, cascading deletes, behaviours etc. can be defined through attributes on each data model object. Also column types can be defined for each ORM framework. More attributes can be extended with user defined definitions.
ORM Frameworks
- ORM Frameworks: Any ORM framework with its definitions stored in a markup language or another structured language can be fully supported by ORM Designer.
- ORM attributes: ORM framework specific features (inheritance, translatable tables, behaviours etc.) can be fully supported with database object attributes.
- Templates: Import from and expert into ORM framework defintions are defined with XSL templates.

ORM Designer supports several ORM and MVC frameworks. For full list of frameworks please look to out list of supported frameworks.
Plans for Future Support
- More frameworks will be added within next months.
- Public frameworks: If you are a ORM framework developer and want to support the community please let us know and we can arrange ORM framework support in comming release of ORM Designer.
- Company frameworks: Support for internal frameworks can be added to a non-public customized release of ORM Designer. Even in customized releases you will be able to subscribe to updates.
