Because Doctrine many to many relationship is a bit tricky to define we've added a new tool to create the relationship with a few clicks and error free. The screenshots bellow will explain it better than words:
Two tables without existing relationship
Select many to many relationship tool
Set referencing table definitions
Relationship definition is visible in the referencing table
You can use this tool also on existing referencing table, just select existing table from the dropdown combo box.
